SEED TECHNOLOGY AND ENABLEMENT

Students

Khiraj Bhalsing

I am a PhD student at Curtin University of Technology, Perth studying use of seed enhancement techniques like seed pelleting for better delivery of not just seeds but an entire ecosystem using seed based restoration activity. Completed my Masters in Biotechnology from Flensburg University, Germany after which I worked at Syngenta and Incotec (now CRODA) mainly for developing new seed enhancement techniques for vegetable and flower seeds. I am aiming to develop a seed delivering technology which will be a one-step solution to the restoration industry which can improve the net efficiency of restoration process by 30% in Western Australia.
